Our HR vision
Joining ZEIDEAL FARM SA means joining a Cameroonian company structured according to the most demanding institutional standards, committed to developing integrated agri-food projects in service of national food sovereignty and the creation of skilled rural employment.
We are building a diverse, technical and committed team — from operational staff on production sites to support functions in Yaoundé, including industrial processing, logistics and commercial roles. We prioritise local recruitment, ongoing training and internal promotion to support the company's long-term growth.

Recruitment policy prioritising local talent, particularly in communities adjacent to operating sites. Partnerships with Cameroonian training institutions and structured apprenticeship programmes for young graduates.

Structured initial and ongoing training programme covering technical roles (aquaculture, processing, maintenance), support functions (management, quality, ESG) and cross-cutting skills (safety, languages, digital).
