Mission
Produce premium-quality tilapia while generating positive impact on communities and the environment.
Institutional identity
Public Limited Company under OHADA law, currently being incorporated in Cameroon, Zeideal Farm SA carries an integrated aquaculture project to produce 1,012 tonnes of fresh tilapia per year at maturity.
Our purpose
Cameroon consumes more than 350,000 tonnes of fish each year, while domestic production covers only 37% of needs. The balance is filled by massive imports — mostly frozen fish from China, Senegal, Mauritania or Norway — whose organoleptic quality is degraded by the cold chain and which weigh heavily on the trade balance.
Zeideal Farm SA was born from the conviction that Cameroonian food sovereignty requires the emergence of a responsible industrial aquaculture sector, respectful of ecosystems and creator of qualified local jobs. Our project on the Nyong River, 50–80 kilometres from Yaoundé, is the first link in a broader ambition: to make emerge a benchmark player in responsible industrial aquaculture in Central Africa.
Produce premium-quality tilapia while generating positive impact on communities and the environment.
Become the benchmark player in responsible aquaculture in Central Africa and obtain the ASC certification.
From the Nyong to your kitchen — fresh, authentic, traceable. A Cameroonian fish, of international quality.

Our place in the group
Zeideal Farm SA is the operational aquaculture subsidiary of Zeideal Group SAS, a Cameroonian holding incorporated on 27 April 2021. This structuring as a separate public limited company allows the assets and operational risks of the aquaculture project to be ring-fenced, optimises dedicated governance with sectoral lenders (BCPME, AFG Bank), and prepares the future expansion trajectory with preserved financial and legal clarity.
The Group's Chief Financial Officer personally pilots the financial steering of Zeideal Farm SA throughout the structuring phase (T4 2026 closing → end 2028), guaranteeing institutional continuity and the quality of dialogue with credit committees and statutory auditors.
Visual identity
The Zeideal Farm SA logo distils into a single emblem the company's threefold vocation — agricultural, livestock and aquaculture: a two-tone gear (gold for industrial craftsmanship; green for responsible agriculture), a sun rising over fields in perspective, a cattle silhouette, waves and a stylised fish.
The brand respects the graphic codes of the Zeideal Group — navy #0B1F3A, gold #C9A45C, green #2D5F3F, blue #1F4E5F — while distinguishing the aquaculture subsidiary through its own iconographic composition.
Vector SVG logos, monochrome variants, full color palette and usage guidelines are made available to partners and journalists in a downloadable press kit.
